In this video, we are going to talk about how to improve reputation and reviews. Some businesses feel like they’re not getting enough reviews and the bad ones hurt their reputation because let’s face it, mostly unhappy customers leave reviews. The happy ones are really hard to get. Then if the business owner gets a review, they’re busy and they don’t reply.
So the result is bad reviews hurt trust and lower Google ranking blocks new business. Fewer leads are coming in and the customers chooses the competition. Review AI will help you fix this. Let me show you how you can set this up.
So, first you want to make sure you’re logged into your sub account. Then click on settings. Then click on integrations. We want to make sure that the review resources are connected.
For this, you want to make sure you have your Google account connected that is connected to your Google My Business account. Please also go ahead and connect your Facebook page because you can also collect reviews that go to your Facebook page and then also automatically posted to Instagram and Facebook. So, make sure you have Facebook and Instagram connected as well. Next up, we want to go to reputation.
So, let’s click back. Click on reputation on the left and select settings at the top. This is the control center of how reviews are replied to including reply modes, agent tone and behavior roles. So choose the reply mode.
The first decision is how replies are published and you have two modes. Suggestive with AI drafts and response and a human reviews and publishes them. This is recommended for starting point or auto where AI publishes responses automatically. This is best for high volume businesses once tone is trusted.
A good rule of thumb is to start in suggestive mode, review a few free replies, and then move to auto mode when you’re comfortable. Next, we will create an AI agent. Scroll down, click create agent, and decide whether you want to start from scratch or choose a template. In this case, we’re going with Clare Flare.
Hit proceed. Here, you can give it a name and more instructions. Decide whether or not it uses your tone, make your adjustments, or select a different tone within this menu here. Then, choose the language and the behavior.
Dynamic replies match the reviews language with a fallback and fixed. All replies use one selected language. Then select the review source, Google or Facebook. Then choose which reviews the agent should respond to.
All reviews five stars, four stars or above, three stars or above, three stars or below, and so on. And then optionally add a footer like the team at close bar. You can generate an AI reply to see what they would look like. And you get up to 50 previews per 24-hour period.
Once you’re happy with everything, click save. Now verify everything within conversations. Confirm the review appears once synced. AI replies are visible and suggested versus auto behavior matches your settings.
Make sure to always run a live test to see how everything is function. Never publish anything without testing it first. Maybe even leave a test review on Google or Facebook or use an existing unresponded review. Confirm that the review sinks, sentiment is detected, a response is drafted or posted.
When review AI is set up correctly, reviews get responses. The tone stays consistent and brand safe and possible negative reviews are being handled professionally with the right tone of voice. You’re doing great.
